YSL Beauty has announced Austin Butler as its new Global Ambassador. The Golden Globe and BAFTA award-winning actor is the face of YSL Beauty’s new fragrance MYSLF, a contemporary vision of masculinity.  

The launch of the MYSLF fragrance is marked with an advertising campaign featuring Austin Butler and Palme d’Or-winning director Julia Ducournau, known for her strong and unfiltered images.  

The film was shot with a striking and bold aesthetic, representing the visual codes of luxury and beauty, telling an emotional story as Austin Butler embraces his individuality. 

Austin Butler says: “I was honoured to be asked to join the YSL Beauty family. Over the last few years, I’ve spoken with people who knew M. Saint Laurent. He broke through labels. He was a rebel, and I love that about him. I feel privileged to be a part of the heritage he set in motion”.
